I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Offering therapy, marriage counseling, and family counseling. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling. My work experience includes residential addiction treatment, outpatient treatment, and community counseling. I have worked with women, men, LGBTQ individuals, couples, and families dealing with addiction, as well as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship/family conflict.
$90 per 50 minute session

Currently not accepting insurance. Please feel free to discuss the pros of cons of using your insurance for services with your therapist. A superbill will be provided for those that would like to file a claim with insurance carriers that are considered out of network.
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel an appointment, if 24 hour notice is not given you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee.

How can therapy help me?
There are immense benefits to participating in therapy. During therapy, you will be given support, learn coping strategies for the issues that brought you to therapy, and gain a new perspective about the issues of your life.
How does therapy work?
Therapy is tailored to the individual because each person has a unique set of circumstances. Generally, during a session you will discuss the issues that brought you to therapy as well as past issues that contributed to the current issue. You and the therapist will set up a treatment plan to deal with the issue(s) that brought you to therapy. The interventions that the therapist suggests, such as reading a book or journaling, are for your unique issues that will require you to practice outside the therapy session. To gain the most benefit from therapy it is important for you to be an active participant in the process.
